Return Policy

Orders over $99 ship for free! All free shipping will be Ground and only applies to Continental U.S.A. There is up to a 48 hour processing time on all orders that does not include weekend days. Once the order is shipped, delivery can take up to 6-8 business days. Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a refund or exchange for another product unless otherwise noted.

Returns must show no signs of wear and tags remain intact. All items must originally be purchased from Kleinschmidt’s. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the online purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If an item has been worn and is returned, a refund will not be given, and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the item returned to them.

There is no time limit for returns/exchanges, however, there must be proof of the original purchase. Lifetime return window with valid proof of original purchase.
