Georgia Men's Carbo-Tec Elite Pull On Work Boot
How Should Boots Fit?
There are many different things to take into consideration when you are searching for a new pair of boots. What kind of safety or comfort features do you need? Are you looking for something that is lace up or pull on? Do you need a shorter boot or sneaker, or something higher ankled? All of these questions need to be asked before you pick your boots, but no matter what style you choose there is one question that you always need to ask. What size boots should I get?
You can get a good idea of what size you need from measurements on size charts or using a Brannock Device®, but nobody’s feet are shaped exactly the same. The width, length, and height of feet will vary from person to person and sometimes is even different on the same person’s feet. This is why you have to try on the boots to make sure you have the perfect fit, and you need to know how your boots should feel on your feet to do so.
When you try on a pair of boots to check the fit there are a few things you should do to prepare as well as some things you should check once the boots are on your feet. In the video below Georgia Boot® Vice President and Brand General Manager Matt Tucker will walk you through what you should do when fitting a pair of boots.
